How MyHealthWealth works
The portable copy
You join with your name, phone, country, language, and currency. The practice that writes a clinical note keeps that note. You receive a portable copy. You choose which practice may open it. Opening a copy can carry an access fee the practice sets. A collected fee accrues on your annual cash-back.
Paying
The account shows one full amount to you and to a scheme. Cash is a receipt on that account. eyesWallet pays it from your balance: the practice receives the amount after the 3% BusinesSite fee, and that fee counts toward your annual eyesWallet cash-back. A card payment opens a pay link.
South Africa
A private specialist account is built from an assessment, a base, time in blocks the practice sets, and modifiers, multiplied by the practice conversion factor. Anaesthetic accounts are separate from the hospital and the surgeon. The person who receives care remains responsible for the full account. The submission window is four months from the service date. The scheme pay-by date is 30 days after the day the claim is received. A claim pack is prepared here for a billing bureau or a switching service such as HealthBridge, MediKredit, or Mediswitch. The practice sends it once that service is connected. Public facilities can record a facility fee, a professional fee, and a means-test category.
Other countries
The same profile, copy, and account work in the currency you choose. The claim window and the retention period are written from the law of that country. They are left open until that law is entered.
Home
A visit can be at rooms, a hospital, a day clinic, by telemedicine, or at home. Family coordination for a home visit lives on FamilyXP.
